Meghan Beacham: Here I am. A single, 35 year old trying to better myself, clean out the clutter in my brain and body, start over, write a book, and build a business all at the same time. Sometimes I feel on top of the moon, and sometimes I feel like I am wandering aimlessly through this world with no real direction. But finding that balance is what this is all about. I became a life coach to help people become someone other than the label they give themselves. I am here to help people (and myself) realize that life is more than your job or your relationship status. Life is about moments. Life is about experiences, Life is about connecting with others. Life is about your relationship with yourself.Glowing on the Inside is for you (and myself) to begin that journey of discovering who we actually are without labels. What makes us tick? What are we passionate about? What does our heart feel? Without thinking about what we "should" be doing, what is it that makes us feel better about ourselves? It all starts within. I wanted this to be a place where I will share ideas, thoughts, activities, and recipes that all excercise us to shine a little brighter on the inside.
